A 32-bit version of MS Windows installed, i.e. Windows NT 4.x, 95/98, ME, 2000 or XP.

Microsoft Office 2000 installed. (BMPA will work with Office 97, but you'll need to make a few changes after BMPA is set up. ) While BMPA does NOT require that Excel be installed, you should have it installed to test the Bloomberg connection. If you are able to load Bloomberg data into Excel, then you have what is required to run BMPA.

A connection to Bloomberg Professional service. You also need to have the Bloomberg BBComm software and ActiveX control installed.

You should also have at least 10 mb of free disk space on the drive that BMPA will be installed on.
